Supti Barman was the studnet of CMBD-Online-08(WP) batch and after 1 month of the start of CMBD-Online-08 batch, we suddenly noticed that huge amount of supports and mostly on PHP and WordPress was given by her and we actually thought that she was really expert on PHP, so she is giving supports.
But the thing is not like that. Actually, she was open for learning new things and various clients requirements and budgeting knowledge increasing was the main target of her, which actually helping her to convince her buyers and now she can solve any issues in shortest possible time.
After 1 month – we found herself as the best support provider among all of the 800+ students and win an award that month she provided 149 supports and each of the support is provided by Teamviewer via remote access and she actually never come back from the support without solving the issue. Sometimes she took 3+ hours to solve a problem.
The very next month (Mid of 2018) she again – win the best support provider award. And hiddenly we did a test. We asked all of the seniors to provide huge supports to judge her. And we astonished that, no one can give support before her, that means she actually targeted this group and she waited for support speaking post and enter via team viewer/ anydesk and get the idea of about the job/ budget/ clients behaves and know the issues and start solving the problem.
Moreover, all of these happened before Mrs. Supti’s marketplace journey and before starting the fiverr crash program, that means she actually cover all the difficulties before starting the Marketplace journey.
When their fiverr crash or marketplace journey began, everyone knew that Mrs. Supti will get success easily but again – she was different. Actually, she took one or two projects weekly but the project’s budget was really good and the clients were good on communication & open for payment.

Well, when she got the best support provider awards on consecutive two months we actually decided to add him as our intern and if she do well as an intern we will promote her as full time – Assistant of online support providing the team.
Still, now we are getting amused every month by her fascinating activities. And we actually amused seeing after overnight – class and students support – she is attending classes at 9 AM
Now Mrs. Supti is leading the online support team and monitoring the roster duty of CMBD online support providers activity under the supervision of Founder & CEO Minhazul Asif.
